The furnishings of the apartment are in mint condition. We were missing a coffee machine and a toaster in the kitchen. Otherwise, the kitchen was very well equipped. In the evening there was no hot water in the shower. Two people could take a warm shower, two had to take a cold shower. The air conditioning worked well and was able to cool the entire apartment well. The apartment is very centrally located. The negative thing, however, is that there is a party in Rosalina Mare on Saturday evening and it is extremely loud until 1 a.m.
