The apartment itself is very well located. The size of the apartment is also great. The kitchen has almost everything you need, except for a proper coffee maker. Some of the furniture could use replacing or repairing. It just feels worn out. Broken lamps in the bedroom, broken backs on the dining table chairs, shelves in the bathroom...

The apartment on the second floor with elevator was as shown in the photos, the thing that was really bad was the police on the premises upon arrival, floor full of hair and fur, sofa full of hair. You cannot rent an apartment with pets without then making sure to clean thoroughly. I am allergic and sanitization should be done before renting. The agency that gave us the keys sent the staff in the morning to clean

We were satisfied with the apartment, clean, bright, ... in the bathroom the water ran off badly in the shower and the toilet lid should be changed or screwed on again, it was very shaky ....

There were over 100 TV programs but unfortunately not a single German channel to be up to date with what's going on at home. The toilet lid was broken, but was replaced immediately the next day. Otherwise we were very happy with the accommodation and the area. All in all it was a nice holiday.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment in the city center right above the delicious ice cream. Spacious and well maintained. Parking included in the price right next to the building. We can only recommend it to everyone. Very nice and friendly apartment owner. Also, Ms. Delegate xxx was absolutely amazing and helped us resolve an unexpected situation. Thank you very much.
