Bus turning point nearby (50 m), buses wait with the engine running, sometimes 30 minutes, very annoying on the terrace.

The house is spacious, sufficiently equipped. It is for 6 people, the ideal occupancy is for 4 adults. Relatively comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, front garden. Quiet for sleeping, sometimes noise from the starting bus in the adjacent parking lot. A nice pool where they don't require you to wear swimming caps, as is the custom in Italy. Unfortunately, there is a very unpleasant gentleman working at the reception who does not like his job. Fortunately, everything is saved by a very nice lady who speaks Czech. Overall satisfaction. Dishwasher, it breaks through.

The key handover was a bit unfriendly. In the house there was a gas stove in the kitchen, there was no instruction, unfortunately there was often no hot water. TV unfortunately only in Italian. Old furniture was stored on the terrace. You need an adapter for our German plugs, when asked, they wanted to bring some, unfortunately we would still be waiting for them today. Microwave didn't work. Air conditioning does not work or without instruction. House right next to the parking lot. The bus ran about 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m

Everything ok. Weather! Conditions - swimming pool! ... Replaced the washing machine with a new one - although this time we did not use it, thanks. There are bedside reading lamps ... everything works fine. We are satisfied and rested. WAY TO GO! The only remark concerns the lack of WiFi - which is weak in today's standards ... but we are here probably 10 and it was always like that. Maybe it can be improved ??? It would be great!

We are in this house for the 7th time the owners invest in it little. 1. The washing machine has not been working for at least 2 years - a year ago (in June 2019) we wanted to wash something but it did not give a sign of life. now it's just a dummy. 2. There are three garden chairs (and the house is supposed to hold 6 people) - the fourth is disgustingly dirty with old age that it cannot be used. 3. There are two wine glasses (almost with wine) - we bought three and left them. 4. Only one bedside lamp is lit in the bedroom (for years) - no other lamp in the other

the apartment is dated in its juice but it could be magnificent if maintained. Not clean smelling musty and closed in the cabinets and kitchen furniture. Apartment for 6 but 5 glasses 3 small cups and 3 large 5 forks 6 knives 4 spoons and worn and old. Terrace not maintained dirty and dilapidated. Too bad because could be a SUPER apartment. Also problem with disrespectful neighbors so short nights.

April 2019 - A 45 m2 duplex, one bedroom with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and a rather uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room. There were 5 of us. Kitchen side, very rudimentary: only a gas hob (no oven, no microwave) and the bare minimum of crockery. A small pleasant terrace area with barbecue. Very humid apartment at the beginning of the season. The sheets are given to you by the agency, the beds are not made on arrival. A small washing machine in the bathroom and a dryer but no clothes pegs. For 250 € per week for 5 people, the quality/price ratio remains correct, but you have to consider this accommodation as a daily base for washing and sleeping... the rest of the time, go out! the region is friendly. Chioggia is 20 minutes away and from there you can take the vaporetto/bus shuttle to Venice! a bit long but scenic. Supermarket in Chioggia also 20 minutes away.
