Mediterraneo Apartment 13

Was allocated a completely different apartment to the one in the example pictures. No oven, not enough kitchen utensils for 6 people (no frying pan, not enough glasses), no washing machine as was actually advertised. Complete power failure in the evening and night, unfortunately there was no emergency number or anyone to answer. Some of the staff were very unfriendly. We left early.

The reception was unpleasant and cold, the house was dirty, as if no one had come in for a long time, the sofa was broken and stained, the chairs had loose legs, the bathroom was dirty, the fridge dirty and worked badly, the host HS, the dishes were in poor condition, dusty and limited to the bare minimum. The microwave was damaged and we didn't dare use it for fear of getting electrocuted. The floor has not been swept for a long time, the same for the terrace.

The complex is very nice, just right to switch off from everyday life, the pool was always enough space, it was 5 minutes away. In the evening there was always something going on. We will be back.
