The kitchen has a gas stove with cylinder and the burners are rickety and broken. It is not sufficiently equipped, there are only 3 pans, one of which is completely broken. The bathroom is also poorly equipped. There is no shelf to place the various products needed for the bathroom. A coat hanger is missing. The existing one is hooked to the door which cannot be closed. I found the house not very clean.

Dilapidated apartment, 30-year-old mattresses, broken down. Appliances not up to standard, there are sockets above a fire on the stove which, if used, catch fire. Old and unmaintained furniture, the dish drainer fell on me along with the dishes that were inside, injuring me. Old and scarce kitchen utensils. Small shower, one person weighing 90 kg. Poor apartment cleaning, I had to go through everything. Terribly rude agency owners

We evaluate everything very well. Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to the beach. The only drawback is the lack of internet and a kettle for boiling water.

The pictures on the internet are outdated. In reality, the object is very much in need of renovation. The plaster is peeling off, etc. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. The location is very good. Because it was the off-season, there were very few people there, mostly older Italians, all very nice. Since the rooms are extremely badly soundproofed, I imagine it would be difficult when they were fully occupied. Otherwise everything was ok, also because we were mostly able to be outdoors.

There were no boards in the linen cupboard!!!

The living room, were it not for the fact that the structure is very close to services and the beach and that it is set in a peaceful setting, it would have been bad. I found that the structure needs painting of the internal and external walls, a light switch and a power socket (refrigerator) were out of the recess (practically hanging from the electric wires), a sofa in poor condition, living room furniture with a smashed drawer

Great value for money. Only the kitchen is a bit cramped and not so well equipped.

The house is very narrow and for 4 people frankly it turns out to be a can of sardines. There are no mosquito nets and Rosolina does not sleep.

ratio quality price great satisfaction. one cannot expect much for a low price. I appreciate the cleanliness. the only minus is the small shower. kids would appreciate wifi

* clearly too small for 4 people * air conditioning on the balcony (balcony too narrow) * oven not connected * sofa only for 2 people for 2 people with a small child, the apartment is great :)
