The apartment is very neglected, scratched walls, worn-out furniture, very uncomfortable beds to sleep in. Towels and bed linen are available for an additional and not small fee. The pool is closed from 13:00 to 15:00, which was a torment for a family with children. The rules for garbage collection and driving with it throughout the city are absurd. It is not worth renting this apartment for such a high price. The only positive thing is the location and the size of the pool, everything else disappointed us a lot.

The "San Marco" complex is a beautiful and well-kept residence. Apartment C10, on the other hand, is very dirty, unkempt, and has completely worn and unacceptable furniture throughout. The same goes for the dishes. The rented "linen package" contains 4 towels that should at best be used as cleaning rags, and the bed sheet has holes in it. The garbage regulations are sheer madness! The paint is crumbling off the ceiling in the bathroom, and there is mold on the ceiling and in the shower.
