The accommodation is rustic and old but very clean. There are enough dishes and there is even a microwave available. No washing machine! Great pizza in the restaurant! Friendly staff everywhere! Olive trees are beautiful! We would like a better playground for the children, it is really run down and life-threatening!!!! WiFi doesn't work at all!

We had a bungalow with 2 adults and 3 children. The size and facilities were OK, but it was quite old. The double bed had 2 mattresses of different heights. The complex itself is very beautiful with a wonderful view and the two pools are also great, although they are also crumbling a bit (be careful with inflatable swimming aids). Unfortunately, there is only WiFi at the pools, not in the bungalows. It is a steep descent to the lake, but OK. The staff are very nice

Nice little houses in a quiet location. Town center easily accessible on foot. Lots of attractions nearby

Some of the parking lots are difficult to access. The exit from the facility takes some getting used to (dangerous). Otherwise good location, very good value for money.

Beautiful cottage in a picturesque setting with all necessary amenities

Beautiful location above Garda in the huge olive grove. Plenty of space between the houses, but these need care due to their age. Furniture and beds too. And the ant trail through the house caused real problems. Reasonably priced, but I would be willing to pay more if the inherently pretty cottages were better maintained.

Nice location with a beautiful pool. The kitchen equipment was very limited. No teapot or coffee maker. And after questions, the boiler was activated, but it stopped again after a few days. So that was a cold shower. Simple but a place to enjoy with fresh bread from the shop on site.

like last time, dirt, no hot water only lukewarm, bed bugs, the mattresses were wrapped in foil so that you could sleep.

Accommodation as always with a nice terrace and sun from morning to night and breakfast always on the terrace

We had 6 great days in Garda with a great view of the mountains and the lake. The cottage was beautifully situated in an olive grove. The equipment was a bit rustic but everything you needed was there. Even a small patio with a fire pit. The town and the lake are a 5-minute walk away. Definitely recommendable for its price.

were often in the holiday homes. beautiful terrace. Setup ok. With a fireplace for grilling and making a fire. really nice. Check-in always worked without any problems. The facility is also great. You have your peace. Always my pleasure.

Overall good, unfortunately no wifi in the bungalows

We had a pleasant stay in a bungalow that covers all basic needs. The complex is well preserved in the style of the 80s and 90s.

The value for money is good. Driveway a bit narrow and very riddled with holes. House itself ok but should be overhauled. Amenities a bit sparse. Cupboards and storage space generous. Great pool. Good restaurant.

Accommodation is well and solidly equipped. Getting to the accommodation steep. Pool good and very clean. Well suited for families with children. WiFi is good.

TV program 2 Italian channels with a lot of snow no longer up to date. No uniform crockery and cutlery. Otherwise nice stay

Hillside location: be sporty or drive. Ideal by car or minibus. Kitchen equipped spartan. It is good if you bring things that you need, e.g. B. Gas lighter, seat cushion, bottle opener.. We happened to have a great view of the lake and parking lot in front of the house. Beds standing together, bed crack annoying. Furniture a bit worn, plenty of space for two. Lots of mosquitoes. Be sure to pre-order rolls in the supermarket the day before! Olive trees and rocks, beautiful!

The cottage was ok clean, a tour de force looks different. There was no oven or coffee maker that you might expect. Shower was alternating from ok warm and super cold every few minutes. There was broken glass everywhere in front of the house. Were very afraid that our 2 year old would hurt himself. And the beds... full of bugs. I was then allowed to go to the doctor at home and have bug bites treated, just like my husband and child. The playground a NoGo and pool area so well

Highly recommended for families with children. Good location, not far from the lake and the center.

A beautiful, spacious complex with a beautiful pool. This is great and from here you have a very nice view of Lake Garda. The apartment has a suitable size, but unfortunately the equipment was more than spartan. There was only one glass, one teacup, one plate, etc. per person. A short walk to the pool, but unfortunately no WiFi in the houses. Lake Garda can be reached quickly on foot after approx. 900m. Garda is a good starting point for other destinations.

we were in house number 42. Upon arrival it had not been cleaned beforehand and we were able to clean for 2 hours. Fridge was rusted and broken. The toilet bowl also dirty and like the entire house in need of renovation. The pool area was very nice and the staff friendly.

Environment and the view were great! Friendly reception and also the additionally booked breakfast and dinner menu were very good. Unfortunately you could not lock the toilet in the bungalow, which would have been desirable for 4 people. There was no coffee maker or toaster in the kitchen. There was also a lack of glasses and cutlery.

we lived in a nice little detached bungalow with a lot of space to the nearest neighbor, which we found very pleasant (value on privacy). The house was clean and the price/performance ratio was right. The staff was friendly and every little complaint was fixed immediately. We would spend our hiking vacation there again at any time.

We liked the location of our accommodation GAA101 with small drawbacks. We lived on a hill. There were the larger apartments on a bed. Reported immediately and the next time there was a shower, it didn't happen again. TV program was zero. RTL only with a lot of snow and no teletext. Not so bad for us on vacation.

For Italian standards a neat house. But above all clean and good beds. PS. We had an upgrade to a villa.

Uncomplicated processing, very nice staff on site. Everything you need in the house available. Beds are from the last century.

Kitchen spartan equipment. Access to some bungalows no stairs (risky for older guests). WLAN access only possible at one of the two pools.

Everything was fine, you should bring a coffee maker like everywhere in Italy. The pan was under all s..?

We really enjoyed our vacation. The pool facilities offer a lot of bathing fun! The holiday homes are idyllically situated in an olive grove, but are sparsely furnished. The mattresses were very comfortable. Wifi access was unfortunately very bad and the safe should definitely be used. The service was great!

CLEAN AND SPACIOUS APARTMENT, FRIENDLY STAFF AND AT THE DISPOSAL OF VACATIONERS

scruffy bungalows, bed bugs, the plaster is falling off the walls and ceilings. The driveways to the bungalows are a disaster because you need an all-terrain vehicle.

June 2018
Very nicely located hotel and bungalow complex on a slope with a partial view of Lake Garda (because of the large trees). Shaded terraces in front of the bungalows, which are arranged in a staggered manner, invite you to linger. Visual contact with neighbors is limited. A parking space is available for each object, thus guaranteeing a view of the vehicle. There is no English lawn, which would be atypical for hotel complexes in this category, but the complex looks tidy for the most part. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Ok, the equipment is southern European spartan, but everything important is there. Only 2 German programs, which you can only recognize with effort, flicker on the flat screen. (The first and RTL). The two pools are clean, but only the larger one is warmer as the smaller one is shaded by the trees. This means that some leaves can sometimes float on the surface. Beach chairs are available in sufficient quantity. No need to occupy. There is a pizzeria and a restaurant available. The pizza is only moderately good by Italian standards. The other courts were not convincing either. You can only get to Garda via a narrow road. We'll be back anyway!
