The apartment is dark, it lacks equipment, no grill or barbecue stand, no oven dish. The shower leaks. The neighbors are very noisy at night and very early in the morning. The agency does not solve the problems despite our requests.

We find it quite questionable to pay more than a month in advance from the beginning of the stay. Interhome does not directly manage the accommodation but delegates a second local real estate agency. It is never possible to interact with the owners of the accommodation even though they live on the upper floor. The quality/price ratio is decidedly terrible. Finally, Interhome operators often answer from abroad and ignore the Italian language, even after the deposit and balance have been paid! Never again!!!
