Very aging wouldn't hurt to spend some money to renovate! The dirt from the previous tenant was still under the bed, it was generally dirty (bathroom, kitchen) We were asked to leave the apartment clean, although we had to clean it first before we could move into it. We were only there 3 nights, always on the go during the day, to sleep ok, would not go there for longer with children!

I spent 10 days in this village with my over sixty-year-old parents the location is a bit uncomfortable compared to the sea about a km (but of paved road) but the village is surrounded by greenery with park benches and swimming pools cleaned every day . The cleaning was not the best but sufficient only note the lack of many things in the house such as dustpan, broom, glasses etc ... another important thing is peace and tranquility

The house is located 15/20 minutes walk from the beach where the Beach Volley Marathon is played, but despite this it is close to the markets and to a shop to rent bikes, mopeds and dune buggies. The house is large, but 4 people live well, not 6. All the tools and objects in the house are rightly counted, but they are always scarce for a normal stay (you have to wash often); also expect to find only the essentials. The house itself is just set to a minimum so that everything works (and everything works), but when you report a problem within the first 24 hours there will be no dispute regarding the deposit. For check-in, check-out, deposit, key management and payments, remember that you must contact the available employees of the Arcobaleno agency (and not, for example, Interhome, the site from which I booked).
