The apartment is a little dated but very good for spending our evenings. Very pleasant small terrace The owner is renovating another much more modern apartment and will be available next year. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Beds had to be made by yourself, partly too small bed linen received - exchange no problem. No duvets available for dingy blankets. Room was very dirty. Toilet ring defective, water drain clogged, very poor house - a pity, because the house is in an excellent location with a view over the lake and the Civetta mountain range. The house should be totally renovated and controlled

No decent bedding. Beds fell apart with normal use. Broken bed slats. The bathroom was falling apart from rickety. The electrical installations are pieced together and irresponsibly dangerous. Kitchen is below average. Kitchen utensils not or hardly available. Gas cylinders TB cooker leakage prone. Administrator requested to close the bottles facet after using the stove due to possible gas leaks Also a positive point: Heating is excellent!

The room on the ground floor has no functional heating at all. The owner told us that it was September, so what to heat (in the rooms it was 13-15 degrees). After repeated complaints, we waited 2 days before the housekeeper came who knew how to flood the pellet stove on the 2nd floor in the hallway. We then moved to the 2nd floor to heat the rooms, we had to leave the door to the corridor open. After burning out the fuel, the stove woke us up with a loud beeping that didn't stop - at 6 in the morning! On the day of departure at 4 in the morning! There were no operating instructions.

Like last year, check-in was late - 8:30 p.m. - although the partial refund from Interhome made up for it a bit. The room scent in the bedroom reminded of earlier smoking times... for the sleeper, of course, at some point it doesn't matter... Kitchen equipment: mini cooker, hardly any work tools, no rags, brooms, etc... View of the sea - was more of a view of the untidy workshop garden ...

Clean and basic apartment. Owner available.

Large, bright apartment. Furniture and renovation of the 70s. Very poor bathroom. The owner xxx very courteous and helpful.

The condition of the object coincides with the photos, the change to the advantage is a TV (now it is LCD)
