Nestled in the heart of Umbria, this contemporary home boasts panoramic countryside views. Comprising two buildings rented as one, it’s a great choice for a group or family with older teens. The industrial style of the main home might not be to everyone’s tastes – it isn’t the cosiest of spaces – but it gives you plenty of square footage to enjoy. Plus, you'll have a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and terrace where you can bask in the sunshine. Location-wise, you’re sandwiched between the historic towns of Perugia and Assisi, both within a twenty-minute drive.

Home truths:
*This home consists of two buildings. The first one has a kitchen, living room, mezzanine bedroom suite for five people, and bathroom. The second one has an independent entrance, two connecting bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
*The loft bedroom has a mezzanine with three single beds. We're waiting on new photographs of this space.
*One of the en-suite bathrooms is integrated into the bedroom so privacy is limited. However, the WC is separate.
*The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are available to use between June and September.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free on-site parking here.
