Just a short drive away from the historic town of Todi, this stone villa is a true retreat into nature. There are uninterrupted views of the rolling countryside from almost anywhere you stand, with a large terrace for sunset drinks and plenty of spots for dining beneath the stars. Inside, the interiors are warm and contemporary, reflecting the creative flair of the artist-owners whose work hangs on the walls. With a pool to cool off in, a pizza oven, ping pong table and a projector for movie nights, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained. And when wanderlust strikes, Perugia is less than an hour away, and Rome just two.

*While the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*One of the bedrooms features a double bed as well as two single beds – it's not the most private set-up but it works well for families travelling with children.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*Given the countryside setting, your host advises being mindful of open doors – small animals may wander inside.
