Nestled on an estate in the Umbrian countryside, yet within easy reach of historic Perugia, this home has tranquillity running through its core. Made up of the main villa and a separate guest house, both sleeping four, it’s an ideal base for those who like to holiday together yet still enjoy some private time. As for the outdoor space, for us, it has the wow factor. We love the open-air cottage, while the private pool, sun-kissed terraces and panoramic views are sure to be a hit with all.

*The swimming pool isn't fenced and there are open-tread stairs here. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
