Perfect base to discover and enjoy Umbria

Fantastic place to stay for a relaxing holiday - there is everything you need and more. The pool was refreshing. Giampaolo was accommodating and great to deal with. Recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful stay in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Must sees are Assisi Perugia LakeTrasimeno (to include Passignano & Castiglione) Citta del pieve was beautiful. We ate well everywhere and very reasonable prices. Enjoy!!

The place is very quiet and for those who want to rest it is ideal. The house is very nice but the furniture could use some updating. Overall we were fine

The property offers a beautiful pool and space for cozy barbecue evenings. The owners were very friendly, flexible and helpful. The holiday home is quite old, which you can tell from the interior and the furnishings. However, since we mostly stayed outside, it was less important.

Excellent solution to spend a relaxing holiday immersed in the green of Umbria. Very nice and friendly owners. The swimming pool, well maintained and surrounded by greenery, allows you to find coolness even on the hottest days. The well-kept interiors have all the necessary services.

This accommodation is certainly refreshing in midsummer, as it is very high up and surrounded by tall trees (including sweet chestnuts). The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful excursions are possible in all directions, but you can only get there by car. Especially good with teenagers as the garden is very spacious and everyone can find their corner. The garden is fenced, which is also good for dogs who like to exercise, but the neighbors' dogs found it quite exciting.

We spent 1 week with our two children in the La Goccia holiday home. The house is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The pool was used a lot, only the many wasps around were annoying and the children were often bitten. The house is isolated and you have to drive quite a distance to the next supermarket or the next butcher... We still had a nice week.

The house was ideal for our vacation (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog). The pool offered the longed-for cooling off on hot summer days and the dog could move freely on the completely fenced-in area. All windows were fitted with mosquito nets and everything else that your heart desires was available. Ms XXX gave us a very warm welcome including a welcome basket, appetizers and a wonderful dessert. She was always available for questions via SMS. Highly recommended!

Good house with a very nice pool. Everything was/is well maintained. Space was good. Nice view. Many possibilities to go with the small downside that you have an average travel time (1 to 2 hours) by car. Good location to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We spent our holidays in the charming house in Umbria. There were four of us (2 couples) + dog It is very quiet due to the fenced property, the dog could move freely on the site. For shopping and eating you have to drive about 15 minutes. The welcome was warm, the owner super nice. Everything worked without any problems. We have spent a nice holiday. However, if you are sociable and want to party, this is not the place for you.
