This charming restored countryside estate sits among olive-covered hills on the Tuscany-Umbria border with all the ingredients you need to live la dolce vita. The interiors have an air of faded grandeur but are comfortable and particularly cosy on winter nights with a roaring fire on the go. It's the exteriors, however, where this house really shines. In addition to the private saltwater swimming pool, there's a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, outdoor dining spaces and several terraces with hammocks and loungers. The cherry on top? The ice cream maker for whipping up homemade gelato.
