Make your way up to the roof terrace of this home and you’ll find sweeping views across the hilltop town of Deruta. And down in the garden, the scenery is just as impressive. From here, lazy days can be spent by the pool, relaxing in the shade or out exploring the green heart of Italy. It’s just a short stroll to the nearest restaurants and bars, while some of Umbria’s most charming spots are within easy driving distance – both Perugia and Assisi are less than an hour away.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there’s also free private parking.
*Please note Deruta is 850 metres from here, and the downhill walk may not be suitable for all guests.
*This home is spread across three floors with no internal lift – for those with reduced mobility there’s a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Children will need to be supervised around the swimming pool and on the second floor at all times.
*You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started.
