Before the holiday, the contact person did not respond to inquiries. The driveway from the public road to the destination was bad, without an SUV you wouldn't have been able to get there. The gate did not work at the destination and the guide stayed to find out the matter for a long time. Chlorine levels in the indoor pool too high: skin symptoms and swimwear discolored. The hot water ran out, it was fixed the next day. Air conditioning was extra. Incomplete kitchen utensils and broken dishes. Some rooms smelled like mold.

It was very good. We were very well received, large villa, very good environment to relax fully in nature. Sauna indoor pool water 26 degrees warm.

The location and surroundings are very good. Are not worthy of 5 stars: The interior is getting old and should be renewed. The kitchen equipment is minimal. The room in the basement was very stuffy (smelly) and we didn't use it (mattress moved). The outside table (fixed table) is an emergency solution. The indoor pool also needs refurbishment, problems with water temperature and water level. The pool lost 20-30 cm of water in one day.

The location of the villa is superb, very quiet with beautiful views. The reception and the on-site support was extremely friendly and courteous. The equipment is very good, even if the equipment and furniture are not brand new. The indoor swimming pool is very pleasant. The access road is a simple dirt road, not suitable for low-lying cars.
