Just look at that view of Lake Trasimeno – a scenic stretch of blue among Umbria's greenery. It’s hard to tear yourself away from the pool or patio with such a pretty vista to admire. Luckily, there’s plenty of space to swim and sunbathe while soaking up the scenery. Set over the main house and a separate annexe, the rooms here are comfortable and modern, with sofa beds so you can spread out if needed. There’s a gym too, although you might prefer to swap your workout for a walk beside the lake, or maybe even a dip in its welcoming waters.

*The accommodation here is spread across the main house, which has a living area, kitchen, and four bedrooms, and a separate annexe with two bedrooms. There's also a second annexe which houses the gym and an additional bathroom.
*While the home can sleep extra guests on the sofa beds, the maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
*While some of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
