Holiday Rental Description

A special stay awaits at this villa in Umbria. It’s in the tiny hamlet of Montegiove, close to the sleepy village of Montegabbione – the perfect setting for a tranquil getaway. Perched on a hillside, the house offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside, best enjoyed from the patio and pool. Inside you’ll find another swimming pool (heated for year-round comfort), along with elegant bedrooms that all open to the garden. We love the open-air kitchen too, where you can cook up an alfresco feast while sharing a glass of something from a local vineyard.

*The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has five bedrooms, and a separate bedroom with its own independent entrance.
*While there are ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms here, both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are accessed by steps, so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*The outdoor swimming pool is around 20m from the villa and only available for use between the last Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October. The heated indoor swimming pool is located in the basement and available all year round.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The fireplaces are ornamental and not available for use.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available for four cars.
