Bathroom. 3nd upper floor: lounge with 1 double sofabed, TV, flat screen and wood-burning stove. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV (flat screen). Bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath. Parquet floors. We visited the building with 3 families and we all express complete satisfaction. The house is spacious, it was clean. A great advantage is the swimming pool, we were pleasantly surprised by the beer tap and the willingness of people to refill our empty kegs. A pool table was also part of the above-standard equipment. Air conditioning was a bit lacking (especially in the attic), but given that the house is made of stone, it was survivable. Only in the hot tubs there was a large amount of chlorine that burned the eyes. Otherwise, great satisfaction.

This is a beautifully furnished house - private and secluded yet a short drive from the charming town of Sansepolcro as well as large supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. We particularly enjoyed the large external and internal dining areas (we were happy to find the kitchen very well-equipped plus bbq area) as well as the spa and games room. Our favourite thing about the property, however, was the picturesque stream and wooded area adjoining the house: perfect for walking, exploring and even bathing.

We were very happy about the house in general and had a lovely vacation! The countryside and forests around the house are beautiful and offer a good chance to go hiking. There are some points that should be mentioned: Important to keep in mind that phones might not work at the house, the internet connection was also very unreliable. The contracts and guides would be nice to have in English. The river is pretty but it should be mentioned if it is safe to swim there beforehand.

Spacious property in a fantastic location, very nice clean pool area, unfortunately the cleanliness in the main kitchen left a lot to be desired. You have to know that there is almost no mobile phone reception and the wifi is only in a few places and very weak there, so good opportunity for social media withdrawal treatment. Problems like an empty gas tank were quickly fixed. Overall very nice

Large, spacious, old, but well renovated "farmhouse" - 3 nested living units with many bathrooms and a total of 3 kitchens (however, only one kitchen is equipped with just enough dishes) - pool and area with furniture awesome - outside table for eating great, however, some chairs are in need of repair - grounds/garden are large, relatively natural and idyllic - close access to the stream is great; you can really swim in it!

We had a great family vacation (only adults and 3 dogs). House, property and surroundings (almost) met all expectations. The almost only stands for a really bad internet and mobile phone connection and despite good satellite equipment in the house not available German or English. language TV station. But not being available all the time and not receiving every message in real time can also be relaxing. The large family table between the house and the pool was the focal point and meeting place from breakfast until well after midnight. Not only the dogs have extensively enjoyed the large property with lots of meadow, fruit trees and herbs. The river with its waterfalls and pools where you can swim even in June if you like it cold was great. XXX and his family took care of the house and us very kindly during our stay. All in all, an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with a large family.
