Nestled in the Umbrian countryside, this traditional stone-built villa is as tranquil as it comes. Inside, you’ll find a homely, welcoming vibe, and we love the flexibility of the accommodation, with the lower floor boasting an independent apartment, making this an ideal base for groups that want to holiday together yet still enjoy some private time. That said, the cherry on the cake for us is the outdoor space. A private pool, alfresco dining, and sun-drenched terraces – it ticks all the holiday boxes. Locally, the hilltop town of Agello is well worth a visit, or hop in the car to drive to Lake Trasimeno, just eight kilometres away.

*The lower floor of this villa contains an apartment with an independent entrance. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms (sleeping five) and three bathrooms.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st May and 15th September.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide two cots and two high chairs for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Three of the seven bedrooms have air conditioning.
*We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. On-site parking is available for four cars here.
