Contemporary yet charming, this homestead has everything you need to settle into Tuscan life. It's hard not to fall in love with the garden, with its private pool, hot tub, terraces, and views over Volterra's hills. Even if the scenery doesn't sway you, you'll appreciate the stylish interiors. There's room for everyone to chat, cook, and chill out in the living area. The study, gym, and TV lounge add to the convenience. Or retreat to the three en-suite bedrooms when you fancy some time to yourself – the one on the ground floor is wheelchair friendly.


Home truths:
*Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a bathroom equipped to accommodate wheelchair users.
*Please note that air conditioning is only available in the living area, the main suite on the top floor, and the gym.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair if you're travelling with little ones.
*The swimming pool is only available to use between 1st May and 30th September. Expect to experience planned garden and pool maintenance during your stay.
*Mid-week cleaning service is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
*We suggest hiring a car in this location. Private parking is available.
