The gorgeous pool lets you unwind, while the al fresco dining area is the perfect way to combine the view, the weather, and the food – you can even book a private chef through your host. Inside, sofa beds around the home provide flexible sleeping arrangements, perfect for groups of friends. The three downstairs bedrooms boast kitchenettes, while the upstairs shares a large kitchen – it's easy to break off into groups and enjoy your own space here. For a day trip, take the 45-minute drive to Cinque Terre, a picturesque series of five seaside towns.
