Lots of deferred maintenance. Windows and doors no longer close. Mosquito screens broken, resulting in many mosquitoes inside and covered in mosquito bites. Bad kitchen, leaking tap. Floor bad, uneven. The whole apartment very dark, you had to turn on the light all day. The only positive was the pool and the central location of the apartment. I definitely would not recommend this apartment.
