With views over the Chiana Valley, this Tuscan farmhouse is surrounded by picturesque scenery in every direction. Featuring a main cottage alongside a small pool-house (equipped with an independent kitchen, living area and bathroom), the space is perfect for a family or group of friends. The serene setting of the garden here puts this home in a league of its own – and you'll find plenty of perching spots to enjoy a glass of local wine. The private swimming pool, too, overlooks the Tuscan landscape, and a covered alfresco dining area calls for home-cooked Italian meals in the sunshine. While the traditional designs inside feel a little dated, they don't seem out of place, given the home's rural Italian countryside location.

Home truths
Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there’s free parking on the premises for three cars.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
The swimming pool is open between April and October.
There are two kitchens and living areas here, as the pool-house cottage offers an extra space separate from the main house. While there is a sofa bed in the pool-house cottage, the maximum occupancy here is six guests.
The twin room can be converted to make a double upon request.
The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
