For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool (11 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 22.May. - 27.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 100 m, sandy beach 3 km. Marina 3 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

The house is about 3 km from the beach and the town center. Very quiet, clean, with air conditioning and alarm system. fitted. Pool is cleaned every day. Very nice hosts.

This beautiful, small and very lovingly maintained facility is just fantastically located a little above the village. The view over the town of the sea and Elba is simply fantastic. The family-run complex with only six apartments has a beautiful pool. The apartments have been built and furnished with attention to detail. We've been coming back there for 10 years.

Very good facility with a fantastic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea including Elba and Corsica. Pool area unfortunately not usable due to Corona. But it is not relevant for the assessment. The advantage of the grandiose panorama is the disadvantage that you have to drive into town. But it is quite bearable.

Very nice as usual. Quiet location, beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen equipment could be better as well as the sofa bed. But we still like to come back to this small complex.
