150 m a.s.l. >>San Miniato is also known as "La Citta' delle XX Miglia" (20 miles town) because its central position from all the most important towns in Tuscany. It is situated on a hilltop of the Arno Valley, it has many historical monuments. From the fortress, built during the 13th century by order of Federico II, there is a lovely panoramic view of the valley. Small, historical, busy town with 25'000 inhabitants 50 km from the sea, on top of a hill, in a convenient position, 45 km east from Pisa, 45 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Charming ground floor apartment with timeless charm. Beautiful brick vaulted ceilings, bedroom with tower and valley views and access to a private back yard with a deck and grilling capability. Spacious walk in shower, very nice bathroom, clothes washing machine with an ingenious heated drying rack. Efficient modern kitchen with induction range and full size dishwasher. Very quiet location but only steps to the center of town. Highly recommended!

Im Oktober war es ... Andrea O.

Im Oktober war es schon relativ kühl in der Wohnung. Es gibt zwar eine Heizung, leider kann man Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aber nicht so schließen, dass die gewünschte Kälte im Schlafzimmer nicht ins geheizte Wohnzimmer über geht. Und man hat leider nur im Schlafzimmer Tageslicht. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön, sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Man hat keine Mobilfunk-Verbindung, WLAN funktioniert aber hervorragend. Im Garten hat man eine tolle Aussicht und ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist auch in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist neu und modern renoviert. Sie befindet sich im Keller, hat durch die starke Hanglage aber im Schlafzimmer ein großes Fenster und eine schöne Terrasse mit einer tollen Aussicht in das Arno-Tal. Küche und Bad sind auf modernem Niveau und gut ausgestattet. Der braune Schrank ist durch eine moderne Küchenzeile ersetzt worden. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein großes Doppelbett mit einer durchgehenden Matratze, die relativ fest war, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Extra Fitnessraum mit Dusche.
