Sitting just outside the centre of Celle Sul Rigo in the Valdichiana hills of southern Tuscany, this traditional villa offers wide-sweeping views over the glorious countryside and a comfortable base from which to explore the area’s nearby towns and villages. Inside, rustic charm abounds with beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and brightly painted walls, with plenty of natural light shining through the large windows and glass doors. Spend your days taking cool dips in the shared infinity pool with its breathtaking views over the hills and retreat to the shaded seating areas for a cool drink before some sun-soaking on the deck chairs. As evening draws in, fire up the barbecue for an alfresco feast, then head upstairs to your bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep. Outside of your home, explore the shops and local restaurants in Celle Sul Rigo’s centre – less than a ten-minute walk away – or hop in your car to explore nearby Radicofani and its medieval fortress, fifteen minutes away. Elsewhere, San Casciano dei Bagni is a ten-minute drive and Pienza is forty-five minutes away by car.
