Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

If you want to go off the beaten track for your Tuscan adventures, then this home is a great pick for you. Located in the Maremma region, it's a quiet spot surrounded by vines where you can truly kick back and relax in style. The cosy interiors will make you feel at home right away – think warming colours, plush fabrics, and rich wood details. It's the ideal place to enjoy some respite from the heat, but we think you'll want to spend most of your time soaking up the sunshine outside. Mix a round of Aperol Spritzes at the outdoor bar, before settling down on a lounger to catch some rays. Take a dip in the swimming pool if you need to cool down, and when evening rolls around you can fire up the barbeque for a delicious grilled feast in the fresh air. The sleepy hilltop village of Montemassi is just a five-minute drive away, where you can visit the ancient gates, churches, and castle. Walkers are in luck, as the Nel mezzo alla Maremma hiking area is right on your doorstep, where you can trek through the wild landscapes. And, if a day at the seaside is in order, then take a half-hour drive down to the coastal town of Follonica for a day at one of the beaches.
