Simple and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (80 cm), dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Open kitchen (4 gas rings, microwave, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration).

The property is above the "mountain" town of Riparbella, which doesn't have much charm but has two good restaurants. You have to plan longer travel times. The green area is generally well-kept and offers great distant views of the Cecina Valley. WLAN could be used on the terrace, mostly streaming was also possible. Nice big pool. What bothered us was a certain mustiness in the area. Air conditioning and sanitary technology clearly outdated, mosquito nets on windows with cracks and holes.

Very good accommodation in a very pretty area, a little out of the way (you MUST have a car). Air conditioning in the bedrooms (very useful!)
