1. Directions were poor, there was no information that there were 80 steps to the house (no way to unload luggage near the house) 2. Kitchen equipment was poor, not enough cutlery/not enough pots/not enough glasses/no toaster/no coffee machine 3. Over 5000 channels but not a single German one and the internet was weak 4. Bed linen ordered/the one delivered did not fit on the bed, i.e. 1st night on the bare mattress
