The furniture is very dated, some doors open badly, the shoe cabinet is broken and the drawers tip back, appliances even more dated (microwave and washing machine are antiques, the hood does not work). But the view from the balcony is gorgeous! Being in the hills the house is well ventilated, you do not feel the need for air conditioning. The climb that leads from the town center to the house is very steep. The parking space in the courtyard is very small and uncomfortable for maneuvering
