Pleasant complex, beautiful setting, relaxed and friendly atmosphere

First of all - for us it is more about the location of the accommodation than the accommodation itself. Positive: location! Direct access to the sea, private beach, away from towns in a small valley, many hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity Negative: -Cleanliness (I first cleaned the kitchen and bathroom myself) -Showers were only possible with cold water -Mould in the bathroom -for us too much animation

Been to this parc for the 3rd time. Fantastic location in a beautiful bay. Nice pool and great beach. Not for nothing already been 3x. Beautiful beautiful island also never bored.

The complex is beautiful, the beach is easily accessible on foot, the surroundings are wonderful and the bay is great for swimming, snorkeling, boating, etc. Unfortunately, I also have a small and a larger negative point: the small one: we still had to on the day of arrival Remove traces of the previous tenants, it wasn't really cleaned properly. The big one: every, really EVERY evening there was loud music on the premises until midnight, before midnight sleep was out of the question!

The bed linen and towels were not renewed after 7 days. Not even after follow-up. You could feel every single metal spring on the mattresses in the bedroom. They should be renewed urgently (get back pain) not as relaxed as it should be. The terrace table would also be fucked together and crooked and shaky...

Nice and clean facility. Very nice and helpful staff.

The TH Ortano village is beautiful: beautiful park, lots of greenery, beautiful swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. However we were a little disappointed with the residence accommodation. When we arrived, the wait in line for check-in lasted about 1 hour. When we arrived in our apartment, the cleaning left something to be desired, the hot water did not work, the wifi in the residence did not take and the code for the App for booking access to the swimming pool and courses did not work. The problems were only partially solved!
