Tamerici Quercianella, Tuscany

The house is in a wonderful location and there is plenty of space. Unfortunately, everything inside is a bit old. The toilet downstairs can only be used every 3-4 hours, otherwise the flush doesn't work. There is occasionally a smell from the drains. There are more than enough pots, plates and cutlery, but cups are only enough for one breakfast (and not for a full occupancy). MUST read carefully. There were 6 of us and the attic was to be closed off with 4 beds.

Villa Tamerici is a great seafront retreat. Pure relaxation, if you are not bothered by the sometimes bad smells that cannot be completely eliminated in this old villa. The stairs to the sea are too dangerous for children, only recommended for adults. We will be back!

Not only the location and the villa as such are unique! Very, very nice and friendly owners! In the nearby village there is everything... few tourists... everything is very tranquil and above all slowed down... Simply unique and beautiful!

Nicely equipped, kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, enough crockery + cutlery, top double room under the roof via very narrow spiral staircase, only for "slim, sporty" guests, with small children there is a risk of falling
