Borgo Cerbaiola Apartment 2 Pomarance, Tuscany

The apartment was clean and sufficiently equipped for a two-week vacation. Unfortunately, it was very dark and even on the terrace belonging to the apartment, you looked at a stone wall instead of at the scenic panorama. Contrary to the description, the pool did not open, so that there was no possibility to cool off when the temperatures were nice. There are two ways that lead to the accommodation, one of which is absolutely not recommended as it is almost impossible to drive even with a small SUV.

The accommodation itself and the surroundings were very nice. What was impossible, however, were the last 2 kilometers of gravel road that were on the directions. You had to worry about the car or doubt it would ever arrive. We then learned from the landlord an alternative, 4 km long route, which wasn't easy to drive either, but it was manageable. This should definitely be changed in the directions. The information about the nearest supermarket was not correct. We had to drive 30 minutes to Piacenza to shop, even for bread. In view of the access routes, you should consider whether you want to do this. This reduced the holiday experience, even if the accommodation was really nice, as was the pool area. If you had known that beforehand, you could have prepared for it and maybe planned differently.
