310 m a.s.l. >>Important, historical, idyllic village with 4'000 inhabitants, in the southern part of the region 50 km from the sea, on top of a hill with beautiful view, 50 km south-west from Orvieto, 55 km north-west from Viterbo, 80 km south-east from Grosseto. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs, health cures at 30 km. In a picturesque almost surreal position on a stone ridge overhanging the "Val di Lente" valley, Pitigliano has a very long history stretching from prehistoric times through Etruscan and Roman times to the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. The Hebrew ghetto also known as "Piccola Gerusalemme" is of special importance. The grottos and caves have served as a cellar for centuries, also as a store for the famous "Bianco di Pitigliano".

Pace, silenzio e tranquillità Pro: La piscina molto grande e pulita e la tranquillità del posto. Contra: Il Casale NON corrisponde alle foto sul sito, è molto vecchio e non curato assolutamente, porte fatiscenti, vetri e mobili rotti....i bagni, soprattutto le docce, andrebbero ristrutturati. Anche il fuori è pieno di erbacce e allo stato di abbandono. ....la pulizia stessa della casa è molto superficiale...e non parliamo di qualche ragnatela che ci può tranquillamente stare...Noi ci siamo adattati e ripulito tutto per non rovinarci la vacanza che, non facendo caso a queste cose, è stata tutto sommato tranquilla e serena. La posizione è strategica per visitare i dintorni. Ripeto, FOTO NON CORRISPONDENTI ALLA REALTÀ per lo stato di abbandono del Casale.....e ripeto, il problema non è che è vecchio perché quello è il suo fascino e lo sapevamo, ma la NON cura di tutta la struttura.

Une maison toscane magnifique sans Chichi mais confortable. Une grande piscine avec transat, un jardin a perte de vue. Des propriétaires au top ! Gentillesse et présents quand on en a besoin. Merci à eux d'avoir rendu nos vacances inoubliables.

Sehr großes Grundstück zur alleinigen Verfügung, mit genug Platz im Haus und erst Recht in dem wunderschönen Pool. Das Haus steht wirklich ganz alleine, weit weg von anderen mit unendlicher Ruhe. Zum entschleunigen genau richtig. Die Vermieterin, Giovanna, war super lieb, hilfsbereit und über Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist rustikal-einfach, toll war die Spülmaschine und der neue, riesige Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Ein entspannender Urlaub!

Un extérieur vaste et agréable qui permet d'être au calme. Le village est à proximité, les villageois sont accueillants. Les villages environnants sont à découvrir. Beaucoup de choses à voir sans devoir parcourir de longues distances. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et bienveillants. Un excellent séjour pour toute notre famille.

Wir suchen meist alte Häuser. Für das Alter des Hauses war der Zustand sehr schön. Allerdings war es diesmal auch noch zu Ostern relativ kalt. Das Wetter und das Haus! Insgesamt alles fein.

Heerlijke vakantiewoning met groot zwembad en tuinHans K.

Wij hebben genoten van deze heerlijke accommodatie met groot landgoed en groot zwembad. Omdat we de gehele accommodatie tot onze beschikking hadden, waar eigenlijk meer mensen in zouden kunnen, hadden we veel privacy. Alleen de eigenaren kwamen zo nu en dan om met name het zwembad goed schoon te houden. Binnen is het simpel maar compleet, wij leefden met name buiten. Ook uitstapjes naar Rome, kust en nabijgelegen dorpjes (Pitigliano, Thermen van Sorana) waren erg leuk.
