A great holiday apartment that stayed pleasantly cool even in the Tuscan August heat. Right in the middle of the lively center of Montescudaio, but at the same time with a beautiful, quiet terrace and a lawn. Bar, several restaurants, gelateria, bakery and a small grocery store are very close by. The apartment's kitchen is well equipped and invites you to cook; there is a nice large dining table. The open living/sleeping/dining area is very spacious for 2 people.

The apartment was clean and functionally furnished. Recommended with a dog as there is a small, fenced garden. It stays pleasantly cool on hot days.

We felt at home in the accommodation from the start. The room temperature was pleasant, as the 1-room apartment itself is in the shade. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. We could cook well in the kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. The area is in a great location. You can quickly get to the beach (about 25 minutes) and the Tuscan villages.
