La Chiazza

The house corresponded to the description, the driveway to the house challenging for a big car. The condition and cleanliness of the house left a little to be desired. The service on site is good, although only partly in English.

E. welcomed us warmly and was very accommodating. The approach is a bit steep and narrow but manageable without any problems. Everything was as described, including the great view. The villa is a bit old, but everything works perfectly. Broken tennis rackets were replaced without any problems on the same day. Excursion destinations and the beach are within easy reach by car. Small shop and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Price-performance ratio completely OK. Thank you for the great time

The house is located on a cliff with a fantastic view. There is a 20% slope up to the small town. Very narrow and only for very experienced drivers. Going to the "grocer" for bread is then up the steep road. The plot is large, but the pool area is usable. There is a terrible smell of sewage in the living room and the barbecue area is in poor condition. Needs renovation.

The house and the property are great, but a little old. There was a fireplace but unfortunately it wasn't usable, the pool was being renovated but it wasn't bad as it wasn't swimming season in March anyway, so you could hardly use the outside area. You shouldn't plan on driving to the house in a car that's too big, and I was also very happy about the 4-wheel drive of my vehicle. The room with the pool table was full and unusable.

A thoroughly lovely resort for the large family. All necessary facilities and more. Easy and convenient just to relax. However, the access road is hopeless. Pleasant service staff who were always easy to communicate with. So we would definitely recommend this lovely resort.

The driveway is not suitable for large cars. The house is not maintained as shown in the pictures. The stench of the sewage system can be smelled throughout the house and in the garden. But the view is very nice.

Extremely high electricity costs for 14 days EUR 313.00. Great outdoor area with pool. No safe. No mosquito nets, just leaky fly screens. Not normally cleaned and cared for, despite the final cleaning to be paid, the costs are not justified.

This house is very quiet in a beautiful spot with stunning views. It is fully equipped. The owners / managers are extremely helpful (even bring fresh bread in the morning) and yet at a distance. Only drawback is difficult road to get there. But that went quickly.

The driveway is almost an impertinence, unfortunately this is not mentioned, it is very narrow, very steep. The house is very nice, but everything is very old and should be renovated urgently. The equipment, especially the grill leaves a lot to be desired. The downstairs shower is really horrible. The pool and the view from the large terrace are great. But even here you can see the aging. The village is very difficult to reach on foot.

Very good but very difficult to access. Almost impossible with a large vehicle. The location is not at all in Massarosa but in the surroundings. People only speak Italian. Wifi available only outside

The house was very large, very nicely furnished and as previously described.

The house is big, beautiful and offers many possibilities. Unfortunately the pool was only 18 degrees "warm" and was therefore hardly used. Exactly the pool was a decisive point for the booking. The electricity is billed separately and a corresponding amount must therefore be calculated in addition to cleaning and laundry. In our case around 110 euros for a week in October.

We spent a week with our daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren in the La Chiazza holiday home. The quiet location, the large building, the number of rooms and the spacious, comfortable outdoor area suited us perfectly. However, details show that the property has reached an age at which investments are now necessary to justify the high price level. Deficiencies are, for example -Defective mosquito nets on the windows -The condition of the shower on the ground floor and the laundry room is so questionable that it can hardly be used without disgust. Other negative things are -dirty coffee filter machine with too small a pitcher -missing billiard ball number 2 -dirty, dingy children's playhouse -broken sun bed by the pool
