Concept is nice. House and furnishings very dated. bathroom with rain shower and a plastic curtain. broken toilet seat (nothing was done after reporting.) Locals only speak Italian. Also in the shops and toll booths. Wifi only at the pool. The whole apartment is very noisy and they keep moving furniture until late at night. We are very positive about the well-maintained swimming pool.

We spent 3 weeks in this apartment with our children (1, 3 and 7 years old). The location and proximity to the beach are hard to beat. The pool, which was always clean and well maintained, was also very good. The apartment itself (No. 27) could do with a renovation. - Toilet lid pulled out of its holder several times because it could no longer be screwed on tightly - Shower is moldy in the joints and corners - The kitchen really only has the bare essentials - Refrigerator leaks - Balcony full of cobwebs
