The apartment was a disgrace, the kitchen and bathroom were dirty, the cleaning lady had to come twice to clean, the garden table was broken, the parasol was broken, both had to be replaced, the sliding doors of the shower were broken, the siphon in the kitchen was broken, water was dripping out (see video). The air conditioning never worked. From 3pm onwards the entertainment was VERY LOUD, swimming was impossible. Children jumped into the pool all over the place without any consideration.

The apartment itself is beautiful: large kitchen and bedroom, bathroom with window, new windows and garden. However, it has many, too many, negligences: - non-existent initial cleaning - numerous ants in the house - clogged bathroom sink - broken shower door - no indication of separate waste collection - rat in the garden

Relaxing close to the beach and enjoying the great, delicious fruits and superdelicious vegetables alongside the road. The place is peaceful and friendly in a very calm atmosphere. Good starting point to visit Volterra, Sienna and San Gimignano.
