Location Description Lucca

Town with long history and rich artifacts which have been marvellously retained. One can find features of the old Roman settlement in her streets as well as from medieval and Renaissance times. A trip around the historic town centre becomes an exciting journey through time. The imposing walls from the 16th and 17th centuries and the oval market place in a former amphitheatre are characteristic, but also the lively atmosphere. There are several splendid manor houses in the surrounding hills. Well-known, historical town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the region 20 km from the sea, in the plane, in a convenient position, 25 km north-east from Pisa, 72 km west from Firenze. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Thermal bath oder hot springs at 18 km.

Wir hatten in dieser Unterkunft eine Super Woche. Tolles Haus, tolles Grundstück, sehr ruhig, keine Nachbarn, bei Problemen sind die Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und kümmern sich. Der einzige Abstrich ist die Zufahrt zum Haus. Für "normale" Autos mit wenig Bodenfreiheit nicht geeignet. Für unseren Offroader ohne Probleme. Werden das Haus wieder buchen.

Amazing location, lovely hosts. Luca is beautiful and the property is very private. Plenty of space. Mosquito nets would be handy for the hot nights.

Wir hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen in Monsagrati, die Ruhe und Entspannung nach den Städtebesichtigungen (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Livorno - alles gut zu erreichen) waren für uns und unsere Hündin genau das Richtige. Der Pool ist sauber und wird wöchentlich gesäubert. Wir haben ihn auf Grund der hohen Temperaturen täglich genutzt. Gabriella und Ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Sie hatten unsere Pippa direkt ins Herz geschlossen und umgekehrt. Als die Poolleiter kaputt ging, brachte sie am nächsten Morgen sofort eine neue. Den prompten Service hat man nicht oft. Wir fühlten uns gut umsorgt. Hunde können hier frei laufen, das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, aber nur über den Weg erreichbar. Der Grill und der Pizza Ofen sind ein Highlight. Das Haus ist gepflegt und wir können es nur empfehlen.

Abgesehen von gelegentlich sehr anhaltendem Hundekläffen absolut ruhig gelegenes, geräumiges und gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit Terrasse, schönem Aufstellpool und überdachtem, am Abend lang warm bleibendem Balkon. Leider fehlten richtige Weingläser. Anfahrt über holprigen Schotterweg. Mehrere gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung; gar nicht so kleiner Carrefour-Supermarkt am Ort.

Wir haben sehr schöne, erholsame 2 Wochen in der Natur verbracht. Es hat alles gepasst, viel Platz und Ruhe. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber und viel Platz zum schwimmen. Unser Windhund konnte ohne Leine laufen und die Zeit genießen. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Mooie ruime woning die afgelegen in de heuvels ligt. Via een rotsachtig en bosachtig pad van 1060 meter kom je bij de woning aan. Met een lage sportauto zul je het pad niet kunnen nemen. het terrein is in terrasvorm aangelegd waardoor je geen ruimte hebt om bijvoorbeeld te voetballen. De woning was mooi schoon en de eigenaresse was vriendelijk maar spreekt geen Engels. Er is geen oven in de woning aanwezig.
