- the villa was handed over to us at 12.5 degrees (first guests after winter) - installation not safe, several sockets were half hanging out, many were not usable - toilet in one room did not work on the day of arrival (water spilled out from under the toilet) - reported with further damage such as door falling apart - landlady came with plumber and refused return of deposit to pay for this damage at end of trip - massive damage from moisture/mould

We stayed at the villa for 6 days in mid-June, a total of 15 people (family) and we all really enjoyed it. The house has a great charm and we felt incredibly comfortable. Everything you need is there, including a wood grill. The pool was lovely too and Francesca was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Definitely a definite recommendation and you couldn't beat the price and location!

Fantastic location with a wonderful view of the countryside. The highlights of Tuscany can be reached quickly from here. Beautiful old noble house with lots of space. However, the interior should be gradually renewed. However, typical southern insect visits should be expected. Landlords are very nice and helpful.

All beautiful, definitely highly recommended. We were there at the end of October / beginning of November, a little earlier - and therefore warmer is advisable. Otherwise really fantastic, in the middle of Tuscany. All interesting destinations can be reached in max. 1 hour. Landlord extremely nice and cordial.
