One of the best houses we've ever had: great location with a great view, very quiet, the only noise that makes it is the bird life. Everything that you need is available in the house, the house, garden and pool are in very clean condition and well cared for (plenty of flowers!), large selection of beautiful terraces. And with daytime temperatures of over 30 degrees, the pool was more of a place of longing than Florence or Lucca (journey time from the house to the motorway around 10 -15 minutes)

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful house with a fantastic view, you cannot go wrong here. Very well maintained and extremely clean. The pool and garden is cleaned twice a week. Restaurants and shops within easy reach. Likewise excursion destinations (Florence, Pisa or Siena). In Montecatini you can have a good meal in the evening, if desired. The view of the valley, especially in the evening, is great, you can't capture it with photos. Very nice hosts. We recommend.

We were allowed to spend a wonderful week (beginning of June 2021) in Villa i Cipressi. Despite the navigation system, the property is not easy to find because it is not visible from the street and the exit is right at the beginning of a curve. We were all absolutely thrilled! The house is beautifully situated and is extremely well maintained. The owners were incredibly friendly and understanding of our needs. There are many super nice restaurants nearby, just like you imagine Italy to be. A few shortcomings, if you can even call it that: The kitchen equipment is not special. Because of the children we often cooked in the house and here one or the other was missing, for example a hand mixer.

The house is really beautiful and very well maintained. Very quiet in the hills among olive trees. Particular attention was paid to hygiene during the handover - pen disinfected etc. When something was missing in the kitchen, we were helped immediately. The pool was perfect for the kids as there were stairs to get in. Very nice, helpful owner family, we lacked nothing. It was an incredibly relaxing vacation. We would very much like to come back.

Very nice accommodation with a great garden and pool. In addition, an incredible view of the valley, especially in the evening. We were here again after five years with two almost adult children. As the first time everything was incredibly clean and well maintained, there was nothing to improve. Very nice and reserved hosts who take care of the property twice a week. If you are looking for peace and want to reach all destinations in Tuscany within an hour, this is the place for you.

Totally fantastic house!!! Everything was just perfect and super clean! The pool is great too, was perfect for our kids (6 and 7 years old) they could stand on the side of the stairs. The house has a beautiful view and you are completely isolated. Very good restaurants nearby.
