Facing the green pastures of the Val di Cecina, this family-friendly home invites you to reconnect with the great outdoors. Centered around a seasonal pool, the garden is dotted with spots to sunbathe, dine, and relax. Though there's an unpaved road to enter and low ceilings in the en-suites, it's a small price to pay for a likely encounter with Tuscany's fallow deer and hares during your walks. A car is needed to reach Chianni's amenities, but we recommend driving 10 kilometers to Lajatico, Andrea Bocelli's hometown.

*The swimming pool is only available for use between May and October, weather permitting. You'll be provided with pool towels to use during your stay.
*The ceilings in the en-suite bathrooms are low. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
*There’s free private parking here for up to three cars. Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Please note that the road leading to this home is unpaved.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
