And with its origins dating back to 1200, you’ll find an abundance of charm and character as well as plenty of contemporary comforts – including a home spa with a heated indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Outside, you can take leisurely strolls through the garden, swim in the pool and savour beautiful sunset views from the terrace. From here, days can be spent hiking across the Val di Cecina and exploring the beaches of Baratti, San Vincenzo and Populonia.

*Please note this home is located within the grounds of a private farmhouse. It’s also worth noting there is a friendly dog who lives in the owner’s home.
*If you would like to use the spa and indoor swimming pool during your stay please let your host know 48 hours before your arrival date.
*This home is spread across two floors with stairs.
*If you’re travelling with children, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free on request.
*You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started.
*The swimming pool is only available to use from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
