Beautiful surroundings, very friendly hostess. When you walk into the garden you are welcomed by the smell of jasmine. The houses are in need of renovation, but for us it did not detract from a few wonderful days on our way through Tuscany. The only disadvantage was that there was no telephone reception at all. And unstable wifi in the house. But as soon as you drove out of the village there was reception again. For the ladies it took some getting used to ;-) But the swimming pool made up for a lot for them

Rustic but clean house very well located to visit Tuscany. The swimming pool was very appreciated. The wifi was down but the owners did what they could to restore the situation, fortunately because there was no network on site, enough to make a total disconnection.

The house is fully furnished. The WiFi works well indoors and very well outdoors. 2 bathrooms with good somewhat dated plumbing. Always plenty of hot water. Good mattresses on the beds. Good armchairs in the living room cq. Kitchen. Dark furniture makes it darker inside. The house remained cool with an outside temperature of about 30 degrees. There is no air conditioning. All windows could be opened against each other. There are mats in front of all windows to protect against sunlight and insects. This works well.

Hello, We had a great stay in this big, pretty, clean house with two bathrooms. We had a barbecue available, bicycles, a ping-pong table and a very large well-appointed swimming pool all next to the house. There were few people and we sometimes had the pool all to ourselves. The lady is very nice, welcoming and discreet. It is a perfect place for a successful holiday I recommend!
