Bath/WC. Wood heating. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, covered balcony. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (3 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Very beautiful, rustic cottage "Agrumi", surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Montecatini Terme, 1.5 km from the centre of Monsummano Terme, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 61 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 25'000 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. Private: large terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 24.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 150 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 700 m, supermarket 2.5 km, railway station "Montecatini" 6.4 km, pebble beach "Viareggio" 61 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.

It was a nice holiday in a typical Tuscan house. It would only be small things, which we found annoying. Especially since you can turn it off quickly. There wasn't a wine glass in the house. Shower heads calcified, so it was difficult to get wet under the shower head. In addition, the drain in the kitchen was very clogged, so that no water drained! But it should also be mentioned that the host is nice and reserved and the pool was always kept clean. Overall we were satisfied!

the house is outdated, mold on the walls, second bathroom cannot be called a bathroom, plates, bags and glasses were dirty, pots and pans were dirty, refrigerator much too small for 6 to 8 people, access road to the house not cared for, therefore scratches in the car, sun loungers at the pool need replacing, and so on, in my opinion the photos on the site are older photos and a bit misleading, no negative comments about the owner, very friendly man and helpful, refreshment is needed.

The house is spacious, has good bedrooms and beds. The furniture especially the kitchen is somewhat dated. The friendly owner only speaks Italian and that makes communication difficult.

The house is in a very quiet location on a hill. The homeowners live in the back of the house and are rarely seen. However, they are always willing to help if you have any questions. However, the two only speak Italian. Some farm animals and dogs are kept, but that doesn't bother us. The house has 4 bedrooms, but only one bathroom and a very small, narrow bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Therefore I would not share the house with another family. We will come back!

The house is a bit isolated on a hill in the middle of an olive grove. The landlords are very friendly and live in an adjacent part of the building. Unfortunately, communication was only possible using Google translator or in Italian. The house is a bit older and built in Tuscan style. As there is an old open fireplace, most areas smell of smoky. However, if you lie by the beautiful pool with the great view, this is quickly forgotten.

We had good space with 7 people. The property is large and the views are fantastic. The pool is great. The owners reserved and friendly. The house is a bit noisy and there are stable flies due to the animal husbandry. But that is typical of farm holidays. Overall we were very satisfied and had a great time.

Authentic and spacious house.Located in the height, between the olive trees and with a distant view of the surroundings. All amenities are present, although the water pressure is a bit on the low side. Swimming pool is nicely situated and well maintained. It was pleasant sitting at the covered dining table outside. The friendly and helpful owners live in the same building but respect your privacy. Close to supermarket. We had a very pleasant stay.
