The holiday home is in top condition and has air conditioning, which makes living very pleasant, especially in very hot temperatures. The furnishings are new and modern. Up to 6 people can stay there without any problems. There is room for up to 8 people. The house is quiet, located on a hill. It is recommended that you have a car available for your stay. The house is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the center of Guadistallo. It is a 20-25 minute drive to Cecina.

Please never book this house. The landlord is rude and impudent. We had no AC, no electricity and no hot water. He accused us of breaking it. Only because we insisted on an inspection, he didn't want to do it due to time constraints and left us in the house for 4 days. It turned out that the shower on the ground floor was leaking and the water was running into the cellar and into the electrical box. He didn't even apologize for his behavior.

Modern house with a great view, quiet, beautiful garden, ideal starting point for excursions or just to relax. We felt very comfortable!

There were five (3 adults and 2 children) and had enough space to let the kids let off steam. Equipment is modern and everything you need is there. The house is detached on a large plot and is fully fenced. The landlord is very accommodating and friendly. We can only recommend this accommodation.

We already knew the area around the beautiful Guardistallo, but this new house made the holiday there perfect. The view - indescribable! The equipment left nothing to be desired. Very good mattresses, working mosquito screens, a comfortable sofa, a large fridge/freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher and washing machine with quick programs. But above all: The warm, really amiable landlords! Greetings to G.! Until next year!

Absolutely new standards through new construction including air conditioning. Totally nice and helpful landlord. Great view and due to the location there is always a bit of wind.
