Gaudium Apartment 2

Beautiful, small, well-kept complex, friendly reception with parking under a carport. We had a lovely stay and the beach and shops are 20 minutes away.

Very nicely located and appointed villa. The pool is fabulous! An issue with one air con unit was dealt with quickly. Beautiful views. Easy access to the sea and Volterra.

We paid extra more to get more space, ie more area in the upper apartment. However, 3 rooms were found closed. Instead of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we ended up with 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and 1 kitchen. Everything clean, ok so far. The whole pool area looks very attractive (especially in the photos), but unfortunately doesn't correspond to reality at all. Cold water, no possibility of hydro (the system only ran briefly once).

The apartment was very well furnished and maintained. Unfortunately only a very small outdoor seating area. The area around the facility seems untidy, there is still a lot to do. Pool and jacuzzi a highlight but unfortunately the pool was never cleaned.

Accommodation difficult to find. The pool was practically never cleaned. My wife got a rash while bathing. Owners still had visitors over the weekend because there was no more space because there were only 6 loungers available. Apartment was very dirty. I have complained but have not received an answer to date. Too bad for this vacation

We spent a very nice, relaxing time in Casino di Terra. Surrounded by sunflower fields, the property with pool invites you to relax and unwind. A restaurant can be reached on foot (15 minutes), other restaurants are within a 10-minute radius by car. Cecina (sea) and Volterra can be reached quickly. Our landlady was very nice, there was even freshly baked bread and delicious vegetables/melons from the field. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment with swimming pool, new and well-kept, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Also very kind Mrs. T., the accommodation contact person, always kind and helpful. The only advice is to implement the kitchen equipment a little, there is everything you need but something more would not be bad. However, an excellent solution for a stay between sea and countryside.
