On a five-hectare private park is where you’ll find this magnificent 1920s stone house. The fact it was originally used as a farm shed gives you a hint of the rustic charm to come, and it doesn’t disappoint when you walk through the door. Timbered ceilings and terracotta tiled floors frame endearing spaces with an old-world feel. Outside is nothing short of glorious, with various seating areas placed to take full advantage of the surrounding olive groves and bountiful orchard. Grab a cup of tea and nestle yourself down amongst the flowers of the botanical garden, or head over to the infinity pool for a cooling dip – wherever you are in the garden, the rolling Tuscan views will take your breath away. When it’s time for dinner, follow the meandering path down to the dining terrace and prepare for a star show as they begin to appear one by one over the mountain tops.
